Purity, testing & documentation
The single thing that separates suppliers in this category is whether they can prove what is in the vial. Here is exactly how we do it.
How do I know the compound in the vial is what the label says?+
Every lot we sell is analysed by an independent laboratory before it is ever listed — HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity. The resulting certificate is published in our COA library under that lot number, and the same lot number is printed on your vial, your packing slip, and the certificate itself. That chain means you are never asked to take our word for anything: you can match the vial in your hand to the analytical data that qualified it. If a supplier cannot show you that chain, you are buying a claim rather than a characterised material.
What does the purity percentage actually mean?+
It is the main-peak area percentage from HPLC analysis of that specific lot — the proportion of the peptide content that is the stated compound rather than related synthesis by-products such as deletion or truncation sequences. The balance is typically residual counterion, moisture, and closely related peptide species, all of which are normal for solid-phase synthesis. We publish a guaranteed floor on each product page and the exact tested figure on the lot's COA, because a number without a document behind it is marketing, not analysis.
Who performs your testing, and why does independence matter?+
Testing is contracted to third-party analytical laboratories with no commercial interest in the result. In-house self-certification creates an obvious conflict: the party that profits from the lot passing is the same party grading it. Arm's-length testing removes that conflict, which is why we treat it as non-negotiable rather than as a premium feature.
Can I review a COA before I place an order?+
Yes, and we would encourage it. The entire COA library is public and searchable by lot number — nothing is paywalled or gated behind a purchase, and each product page links to the certificate for the current lot. Compare our documents against anyone else's before you spend a dollar.
What happens to a lot that does not meet specification?+
It is not listed and not sold. There is no secondary channel, no discounted "off-spec" tier, and no blending of failed material into passing inventory. If an issue is identified after a lot has shipped, we contact affected customers directly and replace or refund the order.
How are the compounds produced and packaged?+
Material is produced by solid-phase peptide synthesis, purified, lyophilized, and sealed in borosilicate vials under an aluminium crimp seal with a tamper-evident flip cap. Vials are filled and sealed in controlled conditions and labelled with the compound, quantity, catalogue number, and lot. Lyophilized peptides are stable for shipment at ambient temperature, which is why cold-chain freight is not required for delivery.
How should vials be stored once they arrive?+
Storage guidance is listed per product on its page and repeated on the COA, since it varies by compound. As a general rule, lyophilized material should be moved to cold storage on arrival and kept protected from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, stability is materially shorter and depends on the diluent and conditions used in your laboratory — plan reconstitution against your experimental timeline rather than the shipment date.
Are your prepared blends tested the same way as single compounds?+
Yes. Blends such as the Wolverine Stack, GLOW, and KLOW are assembled from qualified, individually tested material and carry their own lot number and certificate. The convenience of a single vial does not come at the cost of the documentation trail.
Ordering & payment
Straightforward pricing, several ways to pay, and no surprises between the cart and the confirmation page.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit and debit cards, cryptocurrency through a secure hosted invoice, and direct bank transfer. The methods currently available to you are shown at checkout. Research chemicals fall into a category that mainstream processors decline, so we work with specialist high-risk card processing and crypto rails instead — that is a deliberate choice to keep the storefront stable rather than have payments frozen mid-order.
Why should I consider paying with cryptocurrency?+
Crypto settles quickly and definitively, carries lower processing costs than high-risk card processing, and does not expose card credentials to another intermediary. Our invoices are hosted and support Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Solana, and hundreds of other assets, with the dollar amount locked at the moment of checkout — you do not need prior crypto experience to complete one. Once the network confirms your payment, your order moves to fulfilment automatically.
Is my payment information secure?+
Card details are tokenised in your browser by our payment processor and never touch or persist on our servers, so there is no card data here to compromise. Crypto payments are completed on the provider's hosted invoice page, and every page of this site is served over TLS. We store what is needed to fulfil and support your order, and nothing more.
How does bulk pricing work?+
It applies automatically, per line item, with no code required: ten or more units of a single compound takes 40% off that line, and fifty or more takes 50%. You will see the reduction reflected in your cart before you commit to anything. For larger institutional volumes or standing supply arrangements, our bulk orders page will put you in front of someone who can quote directly.
Can I use a discount code as well?+
Yes. Promotional and referral codes apply to your order subtotal, and bulk tier pricing is applied independently at the line level, so a qualifying quantity keeps its tier regardless of the code you use. One promotional code applies per order.
Do I need an account to order?+
No — guest checkout requires only an email address, and any order can be tracked with its order number plus that email. An account is worth creating anyway: it stores your order history, speeds up repeat checkouts, and is where your referral code and earnings dashboard live.
Is there a minimum order?+
There is no minimum. Single-vial orders are welcome, and many laboratories start with one before scaling into bulk tiers.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?+
If the order has not yet shipped, contact us with your order number and we will amend or cancel it, refunding to the original payment method. Once a tracking number has been generated the package is with the carrier and we can no longer intercept it — but our shipment protection still applies to anything that goes wrong in transit.
Do you supply institutions, universities, and repeat programmes?+
Yes. Institutional buyers regularly need documentation, quantity quotes, and predictable resupply, all of which we handle through our bulk enquiry channel. Tell us the compounds, quantities, and cadence you need and we will price the programme rather than the single order.
Shipping & delivery
Same-day dispatch, tracked freight, discreet packaging, and protection on every parcel we send.
How quickly do orders ship?+
Orders confirmed before 2pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day, with tracking emailed as soon as the label is generated. Bank-transfer orders enter that queue once payment clears. We publish this window because dispatch speed is a commitment, not an aspiration.
What does shipping cost?+
Standard tracked shipping is a flat $15.00, and orders over $300.00 ship free. The threshold is applied automatically in your cart, so you always see the final figure before you pay.
Where do you ship?+
Within the United States only, excluding AL and MS, where we do not ship because state-level rules governing this category make it inappropriate for us to do so. Restricted destinations are enforced at checkout rather than discovered after payment. We do not ship internationally at present — customs treatment of research chemicals varies so widely that we would rather decline the order than have your material seized.
Is the packaging discreet?+
Yes. Parcels ship in plain, protective outer packaging with no product branding, compound names, or category indication on the exterior. Your lot documentation travels inside the box.
What happens if my order is lost, delayed, or damaged?+
Every order includes free shipment protection at no extra charge. If tracking stalls, the parcel never arrives, or vials arrive compromised, send us your order number and we reship immediately — we do not open an investigation and leave you waiting on the outcome. That policy exists because a delayed order is a delayed experiment, and the cost of a replacement vial is trivial next to the cost of your time.
Referral programme
Researchers already recommend suppliers to one another. We would rather pay you for it than spend the same money on advertising.
How does the referral programme work?+
Create an account and claim your personal referral code and share link from your account page. Anyone who uses it takes 10% off their first order, and you earn $20 when that first order is paid — $40 if it totals $500 or more — plus $10 on every order they place afterwards. There is no cap on how much you can earn, and attribution holds for 90 days from the moment someone follows your link.
When and how do I get paid?+
Earnings post to your dashboard as soon as a referred order is paid, so you can see exactly what has been credited and why. Withdraw to PayPal or Venmo with a $10 minimum balance and one request every 21 days, or let the balance accumulate. Payout requests are reviewed and settled by our team, not by an automated system that can quietly stall.
Who is eligible?+
Any account holder can join in one click — you do not need a large audience or a formal application. Referrals must be genuine third parties: orders placed on your own account using your own code do not generate a reward.
Accounts & support
Real answers from people who know the catalogue, within one business day.
How do I track an order?+
Use the order number from your confirmation email together with the email address used at checkout. Account holders can also see the full order history, status, and tracking for every order in one place.
How do I reach a human?+
Use the contact form and we respond within one business day, usually much sooner. Questions about lots, certificates, and documentation go to someone who can actually read the chromatogram rather than to a scripted queue.
What do I receive if I join the mailing list?+
A short notice when new lots clear testing and when compounds return to stock — that is the entire programme. No daily marketing, no rented lists, and unsubscribe at any time from any message.
Compliance & research use
The rules we hold ourselves to. They are stricter than the category norm, deliberately.
Are these products for human or veterinary use?+
No. Everything sold here is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. These materials are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, medical devices, or cosmetics; they have not been evaluated by the FDA; and they must not be administered to humans or animals. Every order requires an explicit attestation to those terms, recorded with a timestamp, before it can be completed.
Why do your product pages avoid effects and dosing information?+
Because promotional content is what legally establishes a product's intended use, and content describing physiological effects would convert a research chemical into an unapproved drug. We therefore publish chemistry, analytical data, and citations to the published literature, and nothing that reads as a claim. Suppliers who market outcomes are creating regulatory exposure for themselves and, ultimately, supply risk for their customers.
Why might an order be declined?+
We decline orders where the stated or apparent intended use is inconsistent with our research-use-only terms, and where a destination is restricted. Declining that business protects legitimate researchers by keeping this supply channel open and defensible.
Why is there an age and researcher confirmation on entry?+
Because this catalogue is intended for qualified adults working in a research context, and confirming that before browsing is the minimum reasonable diligence. It takes one click and is stored for your convenience.
Do you sell reconstitution supplies?+
Yes — bacteriostatic water is listed in the catalogue under lab supplies, supplied for laboratory reconstitution use under the same research-use-only terms as everything else we stock.
Still have a question?
Ask us about a specific lot, a certificate, a bulk programme, or anything the catalogue does not answer. We would rather have the conversation than have you guess.
