Start with the product page. Every compound lists its identity data (sequence, molecular formula, molecular weight, CAS number and PubChem record) checked against PubChem, UniProt and the primary literature, with the sources cited on the Research tab. Every vial is labelled with its catalogue number and lot number, and the same lot number appears on your packing slip and order record, so the material in your hand can always be traced to its batch. Where an independent laboratory report has been issued for a lot, it is published on that lot's page.
Can I check a lot's documentation before I order?+
Yes, and we encourage it. Send us the product and we will tell you which lot is currently shipping and exactly what documentation exists for it, before you spend anything. If a document you need for your records is not available for a lot, we would rather tell you up front than have you find out after delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit and debit cards, cryptocurrency through a secure hosted invoice, and direct bank transfer. The methods currently available to you are shown at checkout. Mainstream payment processors decline research chemicals as a category, so we use specialist processing rather than risk payments being frozen mid-order.
How quickly do orders ship?+
Orders confirmed before 2pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day, with tracking emailed as soon as the label is created. Bank-transfer orders join that queue once payment clears.
What happens if my order is lost, delayed, or damaged?+
Every order includes shipment protection at no extra charge. If tracking stalls, the parcel never arrives, or vials arrive damaged, send us your order number and we reship. You do not have to file a claim with the carrier or wait on an investigation.
