Shipping & returns
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm ET on business days ship the same day. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature during transit and ship in protective, cold-safe packaging with the lot's certificate of analysis.
Rates
Flat-rate tracked shipping, free above the threshold shown in your cart. A tracking number is added to your order page as soon as the label is created.
Free shipment protection
Every order is covered against loss, theft, and transit damage at no charge. If tracking stalls, the package never arrives, or vials arrive damaged, contact us with your order number and we reship immediately — no claims process on your side.
Returns
Because product integrity cannot be verified once a vial leaves our custody, we cannot accept returns. If an order arrives damaged or an item is incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos and we will replace it or refund the affected items.
