GLOW Blend is a pre-combined lyophilized mixture of three peptides in a 50:10:10 ratio by mass. GHK-Cu is the copper(II) complex of the naturally occurring tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine; BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-residue peptide derived from a partial sequence of a gastric protein; TB-500 is a synthetic peptide derived from the actin-binding region of thymosin β4.

GHK binds Cu(II) with high affinity and has been studied as a copper carrier into cultured cells and as a modulator of gene expression in fibroblast cultures. BPC-157 has no defined receptor; in endothelial and vascular preparations it is reported to engage the Src–caveolin-1–eNOS pathway and the nitric oxide system. Thymosin β4 forms a 1:1 complex with monomeric G-actin, regulating actin polymerization.
